How to Enable Hibernate Option In Windows 7


Hibernate is like shutdown option, but the main deference is any changes will not occur.
  That is, If you hibernate with some open applications ( playing song, movie etc) while you switch on your computer .. all applications are remaining without any change...! It is the peculiarity of hibernate.
       In Windows XP you can enable hibernate option simply from power option setting in control panel.

For enable hibernate in Windows 7
  • Open Control Panel.
  • Click on 'Power Options'.



  •  Click 'Change plan settings'.

  • Change advanced power settings


  • Sleep ->Allow hibernate sleep ->off.



Now you can see an additional button in shut down menu named as hibernate..!
